Whey protein is highly versatile cooking ingredient. We all know that excitement when we get that new protein order delivered, that rush to tear it open and make a shake. Well it doesn’t end there with whey. All you need is a few basic ingredients, including whey and the world is your oyster. These recipes can be used as snacks between meals or as dessert after a main meal.

If you’re not a fan of cheesecake, then you need your head testing. It’s the perfect dessert. This cheesecake is low in carbs, but loaded with protein and healthy fats. You can bake or freeze it and all it takes is 15 minutes to prepare. This is a must to try.
4. Chocolate & Peanut Butter Protein Balls
5 minutes to make and you’re literally ready to chow down. Those of you who love peanut butter will adore these. All you need is some whey protein, peanut butter and a splash of vanilla extract.. SIMPLES!

Pancakes, the staple of any breakfast, lunch or dinner. Pancakes are so versatile, you can top them with what ever you fancy, fruit, nuts, greek yoghurt, chocolate chips, sauces, the list goes on.
