Absolutely, we work with many clients that suffer from allergies/intolerances. The program is completely flexible making it simple to cater for all needs. When joining, we'll ask you to provide information on any allergies/intolerances you have, and we will adjust meal ingredients accordingly. If you come across any other ingredients you have issues with, let us know, and we'll suggest an alternative or reassure you that those ingredients can be left out of the meal and won't affect your progress.

It does really depend on where you shop. Nearly all the food on the program is very reasonably priced and can be bought from all supermarkets. I would recommend buying your meat from a butchers as it's far cheaper. Most food on the program can be bought in bulk, making it even more cost effective.
