How much does a weekly shop normally cost?

It does really depend on where you shop. Nearly all the food is very reasonably priced and can be bought from all supermarkets. I would recommend buying your meat from a butchers as it's far cheaper. Most food items can be bought in bulk, making it even more cost effective.

How many meals a day will I be eating?

3 main meals & 2 Snacks each day and no boring structure you have to stick too. You eat at the times that work for you.

Can I drink alcohol?
