Ab alert ??!! Check out this absolute Leanie just smashed his #smtprogram.. Super proud of this guy, consistent, enjoyed the process and is an absolute lean winner… Congratulations ????????….. I have enjoyed the meals all the way through the programme and cooking them as well! Workouts were tougher with the supersets particularly legs day which wiped me out but still kept pushing myself!! Thanks to Jay for his help and guidance throughout, which has got me in the best shape I have ever been in!!!

Enjoyed mixing the weight sessions with the hiit as I feel it was pushing me even more although struggled the last week with a slight back injury but still managed to get through it! Increasing the carbs on training days helped keep me fuller for longer after my first meal. Looking forward to what the next phase is gonna bring!!!
