Enjoyed mixing the weight sessions with the hiit as I feel it was pushing me even more although struggled the last week with a slight back injury but still managed to get through it! Increasing the carbs on training days helped keep me fuller for longer after my first meal. Looking forward to what the next phase is gonna bring!!!

When I first started, I was shocked with how much information I was provided with when my personalised program first came through. I was eating so much more than I would on a normal basis, I thought there was no way this was going to help me lose weight. I was always full, never craved snacks and looked forward to my next meal.

As a vegetarian I didn’t think I would get much variety in my food but I was totally wrong. The food was so nice and so filling. If there was something on the meal plan I wasn’t happy with, Jay wouldn’t hesitate to change it for me. The exercise plan is really comprehensive and Jay will talked me through everything I didn’t understand. Each day was different which stopped me from getting bored with exercising, thus making me not want to give up. The main and most important thing for me was the support provided. I never would have finished the program if Jay wasn’t there when I was feeling down. If it’s negative social media comments or if I’ve not lost any weight for a week Jay would always talk me round and pick me back up again. I cannot express enough how good this program is and how well it works. I’ve already signed up for a second program and I’m so excited to start it.
